Information about Investigating, Disciplinary and Disputes Committee

The Investigating, Disciplinary and Disputes Committee will consider and determine all matters referred to it under the Authority’s Discipline Policy P&OD 03 100 for the Head of Paid Service/Chief Fire Officer, Clerk to the Authority/Monitoring Officer and Treasurer/Section 151 Officer and also referred to it under Policy P&OD 03 101 for Brigade Managers up to an including a Deputy Chief Fire Officer, together with matters relating to Pensions and other appropriate matters. The Committee will have full delegated powers to take all appropriate and necessary disciplinary or related action.
