Elected in 2022 as the Neath south county councillor on the 1st opportunity of standing, worked tirelessly in my local community in trying to Maintain the rugby and football sides, sitting as secretary on the local clubs’ committees, I am a chief steward for the Royal Welsh Society and also sit on the administration side of their committee.
I Served as a retained firefighter in the previous West Glamorgan fire service for a number of years, before joining the South Wale fire and rescue service, where I retired from as an operational watch manager in 2020.
I am married with two children and live on an equestrian farm in the stunning Neath Valley where we breed and maintain the traditional Welsh cob type horses along with our Irish draught horse. I enjoy road cycling and have completed many rides for charity in excess of 100 miles in distance around the country, I enjoyed rugby and football in my younger years and represented the Welsh fire service and Welsh districts.in my free time I enjoy by getting away in our motorhome and enjoying the Welsh countryside walking our dogs.
