Purpose of committee
The Resources Management Committee is responsible for the effective management of the resources of the Fire Authority, in particular managing and developing the financial, human and property of the Authority together with its procurement, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), human resource and transport functions and its engagement with stakeholders.
